We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

  • Refunds are only applicable for defective or damaged items.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if an item is defective.
  • Proof (e.g. photographs) must be submitted via email to info@amanrugs.co.za for evaluation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are not defective or damaged are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Sale or clearance items are final and cannot be returned.

3. Process for Returns

If approved:

  • You must return the item in original condition and packaging.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered in error or arrived damaged.

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified via email of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the item is defective and a replacement is available, please enquire if there is any exchange required.

6. Cancellation

The provision of goods and services by AMAN RUGS is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability, AMAN RUGS will refund the client in full within 7 working days.  Cancellation of orders by the client will be free of charge.

By Us: We may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or fraud concerns. Refunds will be processed if payment was collected.

By You: Cancellation possible before dispatch. No cancellations once shipped.
